Do all plans include satellite coverage?

Yes. Every plan runs on the same combined satellite and terrestrial AIS feed. There is no terrestrial-only tier and no premium data add-on: plans differ by team size, vessel capacity and workflow features, never by data quality.

Is this priced per vessel or per user?

Neither. Each plan is a shared team workspace with a set number of users and actively monitored vessels included. Your whole team works from one fleet list, one set of zones and alerts, and one operational picture, with no per-seat charges.

What counts as an active vessel?

An active vessel is one your team actively monitors, with alerts, zones, workflows and reporting attached. Searching and viewing is unlimited on every plan: you can look up any of the 450,000+ vessels we track at any time. The plan limit only applies to the vessels you manage.

Which plan should I choose?

Match the plan to your team and your monitored fleet. Essential suits up to 3 users and 25 active vessels, Professional up to 10 users and 100 vessels, and Business up to 25 users and 300 vessels. If you sit between plans or aren’t sure, book a pricing review and we’ll recommend the right fit.

Can I add more vessels to my plan?

Yes, at any time. Vessel packs add capacity without changing plan: +10 vessels on Essential, +25 on Professional and +50 on Business, each for a fixed monthly amount. If you find yourself adding packs regularly, moving up a plan is usually better value, and we’ll tell you when that’s the case.

How much vessel history is included?

Every plan includes a full year of vessel history and track replay as standard, rising to three years from Professional. History is included in the plan price, not sold as an add-on.
