The Risk Assessment can be extended to include a Vessel Questionnaire (the example shown is based on the BMP MSCHOA Vessel registration document, but this questionnaire template is user selectable). The Risk Assessment can be annotated with comments provided by the user. The output is a Vessel specific Risk Assessment document in a single PDF document.
